Mike Ashrafi,

Mike has immigrated to the USA in 1958.  In 1964 received BA degree in Economics and in June of 1967 BS degree in Engineering from Howard University in Washington DC.  Mike has over 20 years of experience working as engineering- economist , appraising and evaluating industrial and construction projects for the industrial development banks affiliated with the World Bank.  Mike has started his real estate career back in 1980 in Washington Metropolitan Area working for a real estate developer , and management companies.  In 1984 obtained his real estate license in Rockville Maryland.
 

In 2001 Mike relocated to Mission Viejo California and by the next year joined Century 21 Beachside .
 

In 2003 Mike successfully passed the IRS Enrolled Agents' exam and became an EA ( Enrolled Agent) permitted to practice tax in any state of the union.  As a licensed real estate Broker and Tax Professional (EA) combined with over 25 years of experience in the financial and real estate arena, he has a deep understanding of the real estate practice and specially real estate tax related issues.  Mike also has several years of experience in dealing with foreclosure and short sale properties.  In addition , mike is specialized in the formation of all the tax issues related to the S-corporation.

As a licensed real estate salesperson since 2000, Jenny has been utilizing her abilities and skills to coordinate transactions for many years.  Jenny coordinates all escrows and transaction details for our buyers and sellers.  Before becoming a licensed Realtor Jenny was an assistant to top producing agents and handled all Real Estate matters in a courteous efficient and professional manner and continues to do so for our team.
